Management of Change
At some stage your company will be going through or need to
go through a change process to restructure, review costs or
to expand. We can offer practical advice and in the event that
you need to downsize, re-organise or undertake a major recruitment
phase in a business expansion or in a merger or acquisition
situation.
Any change is unnerving for managers and staff and the process
and approach which you adopt is vitally important to ensure
that you maintain a "business as usual" focus. Employment legislation
can be a nightmare and whilst it is necessary to ensure that
you avoid time-consuming and expensive tribunal claims it is
equally important that your key staff remain motivated, are
not bogged down or stressed by the uncertainty.
We aim to take the worry from you by project managing or advising
you on the best solution to meet legal requirements and business
needs to your timescale and budget.
We will suggest a planning process which will include an internal
communications programme to explain to your staff the reasons
for the changes and how it will affect them. Planning the approach
in advance as well as setting realistic target will be important
for to achieve the best solution whilst maintaining employee
morale and a business as usual focus.
